Garden is a project workspace for making conversations, decisions, and codebase context easier to understand. This policy explains what information Garden handles, why it is needed, and the choices you have.

Information we receive

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information needed to identify your account, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier.
• Workspace information: Garden stores the workspace, project, and configuration information you choose to create.
• Content you provide: Garden handles messages, notes, attachments, and other project material that you intentionally submit to the product.
• Connected repositories: If you separately connect a repository, Garden processes the repository information and files needed to provide the features you request.
• Technical information: We may process basic request, device, and security information needed to keep the service reliable and protect accounts.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, provide Garden features, keep your workspace available, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve reliability. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Garden only accesses connected repository information after you choose to connect a repository and within the permissions and workspace scope shown in the product.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or support Garden, under contractual obligations appropriate to the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Garden, our users, or others.

Google user data

Garden's use of Google user data is limited to providing the sign-in and account features described on the About Garden page. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the product. You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Garden changes. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the product or another appropriate channel.
