Terms of Service
Effective August 3, 2026
Using Garden
Garden is a workspace for organizing project context, conversations, decisions, and connected codebase information. By using Garden, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the product lawfully and responsibly.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that occurs through it. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.
Your content and connected repositories
You retain ownership of the content and repositories you provide or connect. You give Garden the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transform that material to operate the features you request.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content or connect a repository. You can disconnect a repository or remove content through the product where those controls are available.
Acceptable use
You may not use Garden to break the law, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access to systems or repositories, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or bypass security and workspace permissions.
Third-party services
Garden can connect to third-party services such as Google and code-hosting providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service's rules.
Availability and changes
Garden is provided as an evolving service. Features may change, become unavailable, or require updates. We will take reasonable steps to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending use
You may stop using Garden at any time. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address security or abuse.
